INGREDIENTS:

Antiseptic mouth wash
Baking soda
Dental pick
Toothbrush
Hydrogen peroxide
Salt
Water

METHOD 1: (Baking Soda and Salt)
- Blend 1 tbsp. of baking soda and ½ tsp. of salt into a cup.
- After you wet the toothbrush using warm water, immerse it into the solution. Scrub the teeth with it and spit out. Resume the same method for 5 minutes.

METHOD 2: (Hydrogen Peroxide and Water)

- Blend a cup full with hydrogen peroxide into ½ cup of warm water, then gargle your mouth for about 1 minute. Afterwards, spit out and wash with ½ cup of cool water.

METHOD 3: (Dental Pick)
- Rub the yellow tartar from teeth using a dental pick. Be watchful not to scratch the gums due to it may irritate and harm them.

METHOD 4: (Antiseptic Mouthwash)
- Wash your mouth using antiseptic mouth wash and do it again every second day.

- Brush your teeth habitually using a soft brush by a vertical movement. Pay attention on the space between the gums and teeth.
- Floss habitually.
- Eating spicy foods activates salivary glands. That way saliva cleans the mouth in a natural way.
- Combats bacteria with an orange peel, simply rub on the teeth before you go to sleep and do not wash your mouth.
